Our Process
2) Site Visit & Feasibility
We visit your property to study real-world conditions.
A fixed $500 site visit lets us assess sunlight, slope, access, utilities, and drainage—then produce a preliminary construction budget. We’ll also recommend the best build method (modular vs. site-built) for your site and goals. This empowers us to move on to the really fun part - Step 3: Design!
1) Zoning Analysis
Tell us about your property and goals.
Fill out our Zoning Analysis Form to provide us with your contact info, property address, number of bedrooms/baths, and target budget. We’ll complete a free zoning review to confirm if your lot is eligible for an ADU, then schedule a quick call to share our findings and setup Step 2: Site Visit
3) Design Development
Refine your design and lock in your budget.
With a 3% design deposit (credited toward your project), we work together to adapt one of our models—or create a custom plan—so it fits your site, budget, and local codes. You’ll receive drawings, finish options, and a final proposal ready for construction.
4) Construction
From permits to move-in.
With your design approved, we handle everything—permits, scheduling, construction, and inspections.
You’ll receive regular progress updates and a detailed build timeline. Our job is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
