All of these designs can be either attached to your primary house or they can be stand alone homes - it all depends on your needs. Attaching to the home is more like a standard building addition, which can be a bit more complex and therefore take longer and cost more than a stand alone, but sometimes that is the only path forward so, please, do not worry - we can handle that as well!
