Our Step-by-Step Design Process

1. Schematic Design
   Using everything we’ve learned from your site and goals, we create initial layouts and 3D massing concepts that explore multiple possibilities. Through sketches, 3D visuals, and live Zoom sessions, we refine the layout and form until it fits your needs perfectly.

2. Cost Control
   As the design evolves, we fine-tune plans and elevations while performing deeper cost-to-build analyses to keep the project aligned with your financial framework. This phase locks in both the design concept and the budget.

3. Construction Documents
   With design and pricing confirmed, we prepare a complete permit-ready drawing set including structure, energy code compliance, and site plan details. We also coordinate directly with your lender and local building department to streamline approvals and prepare for construction.
